Tired, restless, unsure — bring all of it. You don't have to be well, or flexible, or anything but yourself to begin.
I'm here to help you find your way back — to your own body, your own breath, your own rhythm.
A return to your true self.
Maybe sleep stopped coming easily. Maybe your body aches where it never used to. Maybe your mind won't go quiet, or the energy you once had has quietly thinned away.
Whatever you're carrying, I want you to know two things: it isn't too small to matter, and it isn't beyond help.
It's your body, asking to be heard. I listen for a living.
I grew up inside the Bihar School of Yoga — not a student who enrolled, but a child who kept returning to a place where my questions were answered before I knew how to ask them.
For years I taught in Bombay — including people whose work leaves no room for their own health. Then I took a Master's in Yoga Science, to understand the body the way medicine does: the nervous system, the hormones, the breath. So I could see exactly where the practice meets the body.
That's what I bring you — the ashram and the anatomy, in one pair of hands.
I never put you on a mat before I understand you. We start by talking — about your body, your days, what hurts, what you're hoping for. Often, that conversation is where the first weight lifts.
Gentle movement, simple stretches. Learning to feel where you are.
The same gentle practices — now you begin to feel the breath move through them.
Not harder poses. A deeper connection — to your body, your breath, the life underneath it.
An hour with me is never only exercise. We begin together, we learn a little about how to live, we move, we breathe, and we close in deep rest.
This is where the people who've walked this path will share what changed — in their own words, when they're ready.
For now, this space waits.
I won't borrow words or invent praise. As my students offer their stories, they'll live here — honestly.
One free hour, online. No cost, no commitment — just come, and feel it in your own body.
