A small workshop of ten, over five days, each one built around a single subject — sleep, the breath, a tired back, a restless mind. Focused, practical, and different every time. Come for the theme that speaks to where you are.
For when your body needs its own practice, shaped only for you. We work three days a week — twelve sessions a month — beginning, as always, with listening. This is the closest, most personal way to practise with me.
A few days, somewhere quiet, living the practice fully — waking, eating, moving, resting in rhythm. What I once found in the ashram, brought to you. I'm shaping this now; it opens in the coming months.
