A small group, five days a week, online. We move through the journey together — body, breath, and rest — building the rhythm into your ordinary week. The most natural way to make the practice a habit, not an event.

For when your body needs its own practice, shaped only for you. We work three days a week — twelve sessions a month — beginning, as always, with listening. This is the closest, most personal way to practise with me.
